One study found that women who usually nixed breakfast were able to take off four pounds - simply by adding a nutritious meal in the morning. Eat breakfast regularly and you'll not only lose weight, but your blood sugar should shape up, too.

More than three quarters of people who lose weight and keep it off eat breakfast. Sitting down for the morning meal may also make you up to 50 percent less likely to develop insulin resistance, the problem that causes type 2 diabetes.

Our body needs a ratio of 1:1 omega-6 to omega-3, but the typical of us consumes at least 15 times as much omega-6 as omega-3.

Lebih jauh, kata Yudi, program diet untuk melangsingkan badan akan efektif tercapai ketika tertanam di dalam hati atau ketika otak berada di gelombang alfa. Ada banyak cara masuk ke dalam kondisi alfa. Sebut saja lewat indra penciuman, salah satu caranya dengan terapi aroma. Atau dengan indra perasa, dipijat di daerah otak. “Cara paling mudah melalui indra pendengaran. Lewat teknologi audio brainwave,” ujar Yudi.

“Selama puluhan tahun teknologi ini sudah dikembangkan di negara-negara maju. Di Indonesia, saya bersama Sound Technologies, salah satu yang ikut mengembangkan teknologi ini. Melalui indra pendengaran, otak dirangsang dengan suara berfrekuensi rendah, sehingga otomatis otak akan masuk ke gelombang Alfa. Saat itulah niat langsing dengan program diet ditanamkan,” ungkapnya.

Program yang ditanamkan berupa afirmasi, guided visualization, dan tuntunan untuk melepaskan semua hambatan mental atau perasaan negatif terhadap program langsing. Setelah program itu tertanam di hati atau pikiran bawah sadar, mental pasien sudah menjadi orang langsing. Begitu pula pikiran dan perasaannya sudah menjadi sosok langsing.

CD tersebut menurutnya memberikan afirmasi badan langsing yang terdengar maupun tidak oleh telinga, tetapi dapat terdengar jelas oleh pikiran bawah sadar karena afirmasi dimasukkan saat otak berada dalam kondisi alfa.

Dikatakan Yudi, kondisi alfa juga bisa bermanfaat untuk menjaga kesehatan tubuh. Saat di alfa, otak mengeluarkan hormon-hormon seperti DHEA, endorfin, dan serotonin. Otak akan mengeluarkannya dalam takaran yang pas untuk tubuh. Semuanya bagus untuk sistem kekebalan tubuh.
“Di negara maju, hormon-hormon itu diperdagangkan dengan harga yang sangat mahal, meski takaran yang pas untuk tubuh belum dapat dipastikan,” tuturnya.

Langsing Cepat, Aman dan Alami

Deep laser stimulation, merupakan teknologi utama dari LPS yaitu laser dengan tingkat diode rendah, yang dapat masuk ke dalam lapisan kulit sehingga dapat membakar lemak dan menstimulasi firoblast untuk memproduksi kolagen guna mengurangi tampilan selulit.

Setelah itu proses cooling system, dengan metode Cryotherapy. Langkah ini ditempuh dengan cara menurunkan suhu kulit menjadi 20 derajat Celcius. Gunanya untuk membantu mengurangi selulit dan meningkatkan hasil dari terapi laser.
